Purpose
Children shouldn’t have to face mental health problems alone.
Place2Be provides mental health support in schools through one-to-one and group counselling. They also offer expert training and professional qualifications.
We did user testing to discover how the site experience could be improved. Using experience design we created some new concepts, tested those and upgraded system usability.

- 6,901 pupils were supported through one-to-one counselling last year
- 33,327 pupils booked appointments to speak to a mental health professional
